How/where to apply for a change in the 1977 Judging/Reference Manual?

When I had my car judged last weekend, we stumbled across two things, where I think the 1977 Judging/Reference Manual (2nd Ed.) needs to be changed:

- color 66 is named to be "Orange Metallic" whereas it actually should read "Corvette Orange" (without any metallic)
and
- the sticker on the tank door should read "Unleaded FUEL only" - the Manual says "Unleaded GAS only"...


How/where can I apply for the Manual to be changed? And what procedure safeguards, that these changes are really true?

Generally the judging manual will list the team leader in the front couple of pages. You can contact that person with your suggestions.

In this case I suggest you wait a month or so since Marvin Burnet, the 1973-77 National Team Leader has just passed -- see sticky above.
