Let's pester this guy and get him to finish developing this transmission. Looks like the Camaro and Chevelle guys are salivating in anticipation. Spoke to him yesterday, and he anticipates prototype next spring. Says he wants to keep price slightly lower than the TKO + adapter kits. This has been stalled for quite awhile because he's trying to hold anticipated price in the face of the declining dollar.
This gearbox puts the Kiesler unit on its Kiester.
This is not a toploader.
This unit is being designed to fit in C2/C3 Corvette with no cutting.
Employs your original driveshaft.
No special clutch disc needed.......10 spline input shaft, as Muncie/T10.
Smooth shifting, actually faster and smoother than Muncie with Muncie linkage.
Very large synchro cones employed for faster rev matching.
