      Good idea then you will know what year to put in your for sale ad in the Driveline. As Mike said their was no such animal on a 73 Corvette.

        The only picture I was able to find quickly was from the book I have. That is why I referenced it. And maybe I was a bit dense as to just what the to call the part. But all I was trying to do was to figure out what should be on the car.

          I found out there was a mis print in the catalog. The 4 notch is for the 75.

            75 was the year they moved the crankcase vent hole forward about two inches.
