How to buy Ken Kayser's FI book

Last year at Carlisle I looked at Ken Kayser's book on the history of fuel injection but did not buy it. Can someone tell me how I can find this or how to contact Ken directly?

Not only is it a definative book on fuel injection, it has many GM and other never before seen pictures plus history of parts, personalities, cars and races that saved the Corvette for future generations. Ken used his contacts inside and outside of GM. He produced a book which will be used 50+ years from now.
