Shoot me an e-mail (not a PM) and I will send you Lars Grimsrud's technical paper, which also contains a section by me. It includes all the NAPA VAC part/ID numbers, and these can be crossed to any other "brand" on that brand's Web site.
Always check that VACs meet specs as there have been enough reports (yours included) of packaging and ID stamp errors that every VAC must be checked against specs prior to and after installation as I previously outlined.
