'63 Washer Bottle Bracket Rivets?

Hi,

I need to install a washer bottle bracket on the inner fender of my '63 (Dec. '62 car).

Can anyone tell me what rivets were used? Were these the usual large flat-head rivets or were they counter-sunk heads or ??

I looked at an orignal '64 bracket and it almost appears that they were either counter-sunk or ground flat - no obvious head.

Mine is a July car, but the rivets as they appear under the hood (not under fender well) are round head about 1/4" to 5/16" in diameter.
