    Generator Resto

    Hello,

    I'm sure someone out there can give me a lead on a reputable shop who restores generators to factory specs / concourse condition (original generator for a 1960 Vette).

      John Pirkle is the go-to guy but don't believe him when he says it will be 8 weeks.

          John Pirkle. I have a generator, an alternator, and two starters restored by John and all came out excellent, priced as stated, and when promised.

                  Check locally for an auto electric shop. I just had mine done. A complete restoration including a new armature was $100. It looks brand new.
