Source for Original Low Note 67 Horn?

Does anyone know a current source for an original 1967 low note horn. Tested mine and it appears to have gone south on me. Spoke with Paragon and they say if you can hear something rattling inside, the horn can't be rebuilt. Mine sounds like there is sand rolling around inside the bell, so I am assuming the diaphragm is shot and the horn can't be rebuilt. Any expertise on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It has been years since I looked at these pieces but there used to be a rebuild kit for horns that consisted of replacement rivets, diaphram gasket and instructions. I bought the kit for my 66 horns but never used it. In addition, I got donor diaphrams from salvage yard horns of the proper configuration. If this kit is still available, it required drilling out the rivets, replacing them with those supplied, as well as the remaining items. The biggest hurdle that I saw at the time was getting the proper cross hatch design into the head of the rivet.
