Article Needed from earlier Restorer Article

I am looking for a particular article in a 1986 Restorer magazine. It is volume 12 number 4. It's the article regarding the owners kits. If anyone has this article and can send me a scan I would greatly appreciate it. If not I will buy the cd offered in the NCRS store. Thanks so much in advance.
