C1 wipers

What is the trick to connecting the wiper transmission cables to the pulley on the wiper motor? I had a 59 several years ago and made several unsuccessful attempts to replace the wiper transmissions. Now a friend wants me to replace the ones on his 62. Any tips / help is appreciated, as always.

Rex, there's several good articles on the C1 CD-ROMS the NCRS stores sells and in the ST12. Gary....

One thing I did was use masking tape to hold the cables in place until everthing was fastened down. Also a piece fo rope to pull the wipers up through the body.
