Hi All!
Would any one know where I might find the little back plastic screen that goes in the fresh air intake at the rear of the (1973) hood it is held in place by 3 of the 6 acron nuts that hold the hood grille inplace ???

The screen was GM #331847. However, it was discontinued without supercession in October, 1987. As far as I know, it is not reproduced. I would expect NOS pieces to be scarce. So, I think that pretty much means you're going to have to look for a used piece. You might try Pacific Corvette in Puyallup, WA. They are a great used parts source and they inventory all their used parts by GM part number. So, all you have to do is give them the part number I provided and they should quickly be able to tell you if the have it.

I had the same problem when looking for one on my '74. Wound up finding a used one in great condition on another car, destined for salvage.
