66 BB Radiator Shroud

Dose 66 427 390 radiator shroud have 3 inspection labels (DF).
Long Island supply said yes the judging guide page 104 dose not say. On page 105 it says no labels on radiator dose that mean shroud as well.

Three stickers(tags) ,applied to each separate bonded fiberglass section. Applied to the interior of the radiator shroud sections where fan blade is located.

Are these stickers from the source of the original fiberglass pieces? Is there black paint over the stickers.

By the way, for at least part of the 66 model year on big block, there was a warning label on the right side of the fan shroud.
