Believe I ran across an article about this "concept" Corvette not long ago, and of course there was the speculation that it was to be a C-7 with further discussion on whether GM would ever offer a C-7, etc.

To me it has some of the same lines and 'cues' as the electric Chevrolet, the "Volt", that's making the rounds of the car shows this year. I like it.

Yup, car companies take these opportunities to "play" a little and check "audience reply" (just like the Motorama's then or Auto Shows nowadays).

I would not expect something similar to be offered, but I could guess that some styling cues might get a try...

Personally, I do pretty much like it. Not so much the roof-line, but the front is awesome.
