    No Markings.
The green spring clips with three square end prongs like those on the fuel line hoses.

Strongly Disagree. Careful examination of period dated photographs in Noland Adams Volume II and those of new Corvette road tests in vintage 1963, 1964, 1965, 1966 etc pulp car magazines show a variety of markings including FC1, FC2, FC3, FC4, etc, EB and several others. Alpha only and Alpha numeric codes are often used on hoses to distinguish different lengths, i.e, this is indicative of different applications where the intake vacuum fitting is if different locations on different intake manifolds.

PS Of course that does not mean every one did have such, however there is quite a body of evidence to illustrate they were common.
