    1966 Power Brake Master Cylinder

    Hi
I am looking to find out what type of nut holds on the power brake master cylinder to the booster. The set that came with the car looks like a repro and has a washer cast in to the nut.
    Thanks Tony

    Tony -

It's a plain phosphate-coated 9/16" hex (3/8"-16) nut with a phosphated split lock washer; same as the nut that secures the outboard end of the clutch cross shaft to the frame bracket.
