    Transmission Cooler Brackets

I am having trouble installing my transmission cooler brackets to the
radiator support. Looks like the special nut is turning. Does anyone
know the best way to put these in? Thanks

    Robert -

Those are "Riv-Nuts", which originally required a special tool to install; the tubular section collapsed against the inside of metal to retain them in the hole. Their crimp has probably loosened, allowing them to turn in the hole. If you use an Allen-head capscrew and lubricated small-diameter flat washer, hold the O.D. of the Riv-Nut flange with pliers and tighten the capscrew, you can probably tighten up the crimp so they don't turn any more.
