C3-1971: Driving with wiper actuator off?

I'm getting my original wiper actuator replated on my 71 small block. It will take about 3 weeks. Is there any harm in driving the car with out it? Will the motor run different or create any issues? I was told by someone that I should plug the holes on the two hoses with bolts, but that's it.

Suggestions, tips, confirmation!!!???

Plugging the hoses is all you need to do in the interim. No other problems will be created. I would make sure I didn't activate the wiper switch or wiper door over-ride during the interim period, though.
