Window Stickers - the "second one"...

By information gathered from the recently acquired "Dealer Invoice" of my 1977, I now have been able to get a "Window Sticker" reproduced. (Before, I did not know the dealer, the car has been delivered to.)

But additionally to this "build sheet-sticker" naming all the options, some pictures of original 1977s show another sticker attached to the side window.

What is that sticker there for / what does it show? Any information on THE car or just general things (like i.e. mpg for later cars)? And can that one be downloaded/printed/get reproduced as well?

I suspect its the same as in 1978...EPA sticker. I'm attaching a view with it on the window and than anothr version. Have not come across a source that reproduces this document.

Yep, seeing from the "star-symbol" (FEA) in the upper right corner, that's the one I meant.

And from your pictures it appears partly unique for the car (VIN shown in the top), but mostly general with the Corvette's (all Corvettes') fuel consumption stated...

So, no sources, where to get that one reproduced from? (Or just a blank to fill with a typing machine, maybe?)

In fact...your request is the first I've seen for an EPA sticker...usually owners are running away from emission control, fuel economy type stuff.

Very true - but Corvette-owners (at least us NCRS-nuts ) seem to always have been "a bit different"... So, trying to reproduce 100% originality to me sounds like having that EPA-sticker with the car quite reasonable then, doesn't it?

By the way, even those horrendous gas-prizes (calculated from EUR/liter to USD/gal. it's around some 9 USD/gal. over here in Germany!) do not keep me from taking my Vette for a spin every now and then - as I am hardly adding 1,000 mls a year, it's not that much of a surprize...
