62 Horn

Does anyone know where one might purchase a new horn plunger? I'm talking about the plastic tube with the brass tube and spring inside it. I think mine is broke. Shouldn't the brass pieces stick out of each end of the tube? A picture of a correct working one wouls also help. Are these rebuildable? Any help along these lines will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks guys, in my advanced age I was looking under the Horn section of these catalogs and not the steering. Tough getting older!
