    They usally start leting visitors in about 9AM and close about 5PM. You will be allowed on the show floor to look at all the cars and take pictures if you wish. Their usally will be some vendors and the NCRS store. Someone from the host chapter may post the exact times.

        Paul -- maybe I am missing something, so please help me out. I see five posts listed on your other thread. The second post gives a link to the convention schedule and the third post tells you what a member can see for the daily fee. All is see that is missing is the information that everyone, member or not, sees the same thing for the daily fee.

        How did those responses not answer your question? If we are going to meet the needs of posters here we need to know how we are missing the mark.

          Terry
          my first blog was not framed in a way to get actual things to do at the show, by asking members who had been to other shows( I have not) I just hoped someone would be able to give me some actual things to do and see, I'am aware of the listed schedule I was just hoping for some personal imput. anyhow I and my nonmember friends are going to go and as stated earlier Lyle did give me some more detailed things we can see and do there and that was helpful
          thanks for your intetrest

            Actually Paul, I believe they will have the bearded lady again this year, and that two headed engine thingy, as well as the piston ring toss and the robo darts. PAUL!, it's car show. Go there and enjoy viewing the fine Corvettes, talking with the members, etc. Believe me, you and your friends, assuming they are car guys, will have a good time - and you'll be welcomed.

              Paul -- look me up. Just ask anyone where I am. I am kind of notorious -- I'll give you and your friends a guided tour.

              I would tell you to look for the large white-bearded man -- an out of season Santa, but that fits 60% of the people here. I do have a full head of hair and most of it is still dark, so that limits the crowd some.

              Seriously ask for me and I'll show y'all around. It does help to know what category the cars represent -- that is Flight Judged, Bowtie, Sportsman, and various display groups.

                Stu,
                I didn't see the bearded Lady maybe she was in the rest rm. combing her beard, anyhow we went for the first time and had a great time looking at the cream of the crop of vetts. i didn't really like the 58's, but seeing so many nice ones kinda of changed my mind

                  Paul;

                  I hope you were able to meet up with Terry for the tour at the show. Glad to hear you enjoyed it. If you saw any 58's at all, consider yourself fortunate. The C-1 owners amoung us are less inclined to take their treasures out too far from home, or for too long. And I don't blame them. Consider the fact that their numbers are much smaller in any given year than say the C-2's and newer.

                    They had a great showing of '58's at the Nationals in my opinion. I believe I counted 21 in total; 11 going for flight judging....but I agree, as time goes on these cars will slowly disappear.
                    It was a great run show; my hats off to the St. Louis and Kansas City Chapters for working their hearts out!
                    I'm pleased to complete the set of Chapter, Regional, and now Nation Top Flight ribbons.

                      The only thing I could find on the website was the schedule of events and how to register. I live less then a mile from the convention hotel. I couldn't find any information about visiting or a one day pass. I went to the hotel on Sunday and the registration desk was closed. I went again on Tuesday evening and just started asking people in the lobby.
                      I think the people that have been doing this for years assume everybody knows how it all works.

                        Actually, I don't know how the day pass works. I didn't see anywhere the hours the day pass covered, unless it was ALL the hours the convention hall was open -- but nothing I saw said that. In fairness I had no reason to ask that because I was not there on a day pass, and I don't know how it works because I have never gone to a convention on a day pass. I suspect the same is true of most of the posters here, and that is why that part of your question did not get answered here.
