68 Carpet Underlayment Revisited

I recently bought a foil heat shield set for a '68 convertible and got the attached diagram with it. Most of the pieces' locations and fit are pretty obvious, except for the six pieces marked "left wheel well" and "right wheel well". The ones on the outside seem to go up above the wheel well, but location for the others have me stumped. Unfortunately, the car's carpet was already gone, so I have no old material to use as a reference. Help!!

Just to close the loop on this thread (no pun intended), I eventually talked with the vendor from whom I bought the underlayment and to the manufacturer, and nobody could give me a straight answer to my questions, either!! Eventually, after staring at the pieces for a while, I managed to figure out the rear wheel well pieces and with some cutting and t*******, got everything in place. Gotta wonder how hard it would be to include a basic instruction sheet or mark pieces that need to be cut...

Common sense go's right out the window when purchasing after market components. "Close" is good enough with most of them.

Of course not all after market parts vendors are the same. There are some good ones out there, just not enough of them in my estimation....
