70-72 Side Grills/ 29 Roadster
Some folks shake their heads about Chevrolet going through the trouble of chrome plating the pot metal 70-72 side grills and then masking and painting them.
In the current issue of THE RODDER"S JOURNAL there is a 1960 picture of a very nice 29 roadster. The top and sides of the hood have chrome louvers. 3 rows on the one piece top, and 1 row on each side. .... O. K. .... The three piece hood had been chrome plated and then painted body color with the louvers masked!!!
Wasn't Zora a hot rodder to get it all started?
