Hi all.Hope you can help.I need to know the eng #'s designation for a '68 L88 i'm looking at.I got rattled and can't find my 'vette books.Thanks,Graeme.

Hi Tom,i wasn't too clear i guess. On the eng.stamp it reads T0301xx.What should the xx be for a L88.Graeme.

Just because an engine has the correct suffix code for an L-88 does not necessarily mean it's "real". There are probably more cars out there with engines with "IT" codes that aren't real than there are that are real.
