    1959 Window Washer

First, I've really enjoy being a member! All of you have been a great help in restoring my "59. Getting close to completion and hope to see everyone at Kissimmee this next year!

I'm in the process of rebuilding my window washer assembly and can not find the original specs for the Top(I believe it's blue) with white semi clear container. One top I have had the words "Co-orinated Washer" accross the top and other has several markings ("Co-ordinated) across the top and (Washer) across the bottom with several marking, ie VACUUM, CONTROL, WATER, COUPLER).

When I bought the car it was disassembled with two Containers both with blue tops and yellowed white containers. One Container has a "2" marked on the bottom and the other has a "3" marked on the bottom. Which is correct? Anyone have pictures of the correct Container and Lid. Anyone one know where to find CORRECT replacements for the top and container?

    Regards,
    Jack

      Jack,

Here are a couple of photos that may be of help. 1959-60 were blue-gray. The 1959 photo has the best color of the two. The two lids are similar in that both have Co-ordinated Washer on the same side, however, the 1959 has a raised bar on the opposite site, part of which can be seen in the photo.

      Welcome to NCRS!

        Thanks Steven!

Do you happen to have an address or phone number I can reach them at. I haven't used them before.

          Bob,

Great Pictures! I can see the bar on the opposite side of the top! If this correct for a '59. I have two that are different years or repros. Should the bottom of the container be marked with a 2 or 3?

Are 61 FI window washers the same color as 59. I know it's pysically in a different place but does the container it look the same as the ones shown. My car doesn't have anything there. It's missing.
