Ign and Door lock help

Can anyone provide a source for an ignition and door lock cys for a 1971 Corvette? My parts book says ign grp#2.188 pn 3990946 and door cys grp 10.550 pn 3981843. I need lock cys with type "A" keys and so far I can find some keys but no lock cys.

Jesser's Classic Keys (see your Driveline) provided correct, restrictive-keyway locks for my 70, but they were not cheap. I'm sure someone else could provide universal locks that appear correct and are far less expensive, but I don't know who.
Also keep in mind that if you ever want to PV your car, you must have restrictive locks, so now might be the time to install them.

Try looking up Pete Lindahl, he is the guy! Perhaps you can shoot him a PM. Pete recently keyed a set of door locks and alarm lock, to my existing ignition and spare tire lock. Very reasonable too.

Kevin, Wonder where the key guy has been lately. Old Peter sure hasn't been chirping in all the time like he used to. Hope he is OK.
Peter made the keys for my 63. Just recently I once again compared his art work to my one original I have and I will tell you his characters or stamps that he used are identical to my original key. JD

I am the original owner dealing with and old thieft of my door locks, via slide hammer. 36 years ago, so now trying to get it all back.
