Has anyone had experience with Houston Corvette Service Inc. located in Houston TX. with respect to restoring to NCRS standards?? I'm considering this shop for restoring my 1966 rolling chassis. Comments on quality of work & pricing would be of interest. Thanks!!

Gary, best NCRS Corvette shops in Houston and they are NCRS and Texas Chapter members is Gordon Andrus 713-248-3228 and the Naber's Brothers 713-664-5018. Both shops do great and high quality work! Gary....

Houston Corvette Service is highly regarded and will do a good job for you. Call the owner, Gordon Andrus, at 713 896 0119. Shop Mgr. is Winn Ferguson. HCS is a full service facility and has turned out many first class restorations over the years that have earned NCRS Top Flight at National level and the Bloomington Gold award.

I had the same question in my mind a month ago. I contacted Charlie Cadenhead, Texas Chapter. He was very gracious of returning my phone call and only had praise for this establishment.

I called Gordon that week and visited his facility on an early Saturday morning to get a feel for the operation.

I was satisfied and actually dropped my 69 off today for some work.

As others have said, Gordon and Winn are top notch and produce beautiful work. Whenever I need a fresh dose of inspiration, I stop by the shop to see what projects are underway. You won't be disappointed! Tim
