    C2 rear tail light problem

    Hello,

my '65 (with original backup lights) has the following problem:
when the lights are on the right tail light doesn't shine as bright as the left one and when I press the brake pedal the right tail light goes off. After releasing the pedal it goes on again. When the lights are out and I press the break pedal it goes on as expected.
Where should I look first? Is there a way to access this light without removing the muffler?

First, confirm that the lights are well grounded.
There was a lengthy thread on this about two weeks ago, check the archives.
I found it easier to drop the spare tub for access, rather than the tip, valance, muffler.
