CI washer bottle What is this

I've been digging around in my old parts stash and came accross this washer bottle. it has a red top and black connection with gray/white body. each of the components have TRICo patent numbers and it came in a box with a 1956 note. I was trying to find my unit for my 61. i'm pretty sure this isn't it. What is it??? I have tried to attach a photo. It has the words "Co-ordinated Washer" on the top. I'm not very good at this.

It's the second design replacement used on many Gm and other make cars and now on 57 Corvette. The bar below shown on the lid was first design original.

Your a genius! Thank you guys. Without this board I wouldn't know where to turn. Now the question is what do I do with it?

Post it on e-bay for a 57 Corvette , the first design is vary rare , your's should bring a fair price.
