It looks like a home built project or kit car, not GM quality.

Some interesting parts for an "original" 1958 car; Power brakes, 10 bolt rear, 65 (?) gas cap plus ???

It isn't a legit auction. Just another "buy it now" scam. Seller advertises buy it now price, but there is no buy it now option. You have to contact the seller off ebay and your money will soon evaporate. Look for ebay to remove it shortly.
