Re: Save the Wave
One is never too old for a wave from the female sex. It is a refreshing change, but it throws you off, expecting a "Macho" guy to wave in recognition of our "Macho" cars. I would expect a wave from a female in a Mustang, or other "secretaries car".

Re: Save the Wave
From my 59,65, and 71, I wave. For the new guys figure it out.
It is about a shared experience. I have a friend with a C5 and he thought he was just beautiful! Go Figure.- Top

Re: Save the Wave
Jerry, long story short. I did a frame off on a '62 in '76. Won my trophies and then became bored with her. For me it was a mistake. I no longer drove it, because of my time and money investment, so I sold it in '83. I missed it so bad I bought another '62 in '86. I was so busy making a living at that time, I knew I couldn't restore it, so it was going to be my retirement project. In 2004, the Dr.s told me the news. This became a project for my "Bucket List". I spent the fall and winter to get her done. I am never going to place it on a trailer, unless it breaks down. I am driving her. Well, when it isn't raining. Now, if someone could turn the rain off in the evenings here in Ohio..........

Down south (c5 & c6's) in the heat and the windows are closed with a/c blowing we just blink our fog lights. Nice weather we always wave.Ralph Adams
