57 Not Running Right

I have 57 with correct four barrel carburetor that has been rebuilt by bob kuntz. rebuilt motor in fact everything and i mean everything is rebuilt less than 500 miles on rebuild i can never drive it without it being hard to start, idling very rough, when i do drive it and shut it off for about 20 min. it will start right up then die and then it will not restart, also if i turn a corner it will just die like it has no gas i have spent thousands on it and would like to drive it when ever i want. any help would be grateful

It sounds like the floats are out of adjustment. If you pull the carb and remove the air horn then you can check the float level and float drop. Rich

This may help even tho it was just rebuild who knows now days.Remove side screws to check float level, and if gas pours out they need adjustment.
