My vote is that it's the real deal, but it's not my money. Pad has been sanded to remove all rust, I think I can see original broach in the pad. If the price is fair and you price in a pad evaluation by the experts it may make a nice car. Is all other 365 stuff there on the engine?

Yes - everything else points to a real 365 car
(but I have not personally seen the car to inspect myself)

I just want him to verify the absence of the dampener bracket reinforcement, and the condition of the frame.
And if he likes the way it drives - I think he will be happy with this one.
