An alignment shop that didn't center the wheel and the tie rods are that far off is not worth much.

An alignment shop that didn't center the wheel and the tie rods are that far off is not worth much.

The steering wheel/hub may have been indexed incorrectly before the last alignment shop set the toe. If so, they probably did center the steering wheel before setting the toe. It just wasn't centered in the steering gear.

Set the gear on center with the flat at 12 0'clock. Have a reputable alignment shop set the front wheel toe.

Or let me say it differently: Have a reputable alignment shop set the front wheel toe with the gear on center and the flat at 12 o'clock.
