Starter part number question

I have come across a Delco starter with part number 1108333 and a date of "9 B 13." I've not been able to find the application through my research. Can anyone tell me what it goes on? Thanks.

Starter GM #1108333 was originally used on 1968-69 Oldsmobile 455 cid engines installed in Oldsmobile 98 applications. This, particular starter was likely installed in a 1969 Oldsmobile 98 built in late February or early March, 1969.

Of course, all that may exist of the original starter is the frame (the part with the numbers stamped on it). Otherwise, if it's been through a commercial rebuilding operation, it may be now configured for something entirely different.
