For a 67 vett frame which would be closest to original.Eastwoods chassis black gloss 85% or eastwoods chassis black satin 60-70 % thanks

There are varying degrees of gloss on the painted chassis piece parts, but the frame itself is low gloss. I'd say the closer you get to a 50% gloss level ther more correct it will appear.
