The inspired owner, George Prentice, is a retired GM Styling employee and did this for the heck of it.
There are no modifications to the Corvette at all and it can be removed easily. Yes, he has the trunk lid.

When I was an instructor in Bloomington years ago he gave me a ride back to my Corvette. A great guy and said he wonted something different , he made it in all red wood. It can even hold water!!

Roy, actually it's made out of Mahogany and yes it does hold water, thats why he has a tonneau (sp?) cover for it.
