I need to replace the control arm bushings on my 66' AC coupe. The front springs have never been replaced and sits a little lower on the drivers side, so I thought I would replace the springs while I have it apart. Where is a good place to get new springs and did the AC and non AC vettes have the same springs.

Re: New front springs
if you have a small block part#3851100 for both ac and non ac.originals are progressive coil springs. they are not available from GM any longer. I have been looking for a set for some time, either nos or good used. so good luck.

Re: New front springs
I recently installed new front coil springs into my 65 sb, no a/c. I bought the springs from Paragon Reproductions. They worked out great. My car was sitting over 2 inches high. John H. speaks highly of going to the source (Eaton). DG- Top

Re: New front springs
Craig,
Volunteer Vettes says that they have the "correct" reproduction springs for the midyears @ $48 ea. Are you just trying to find the GM ones?Gary Nyland
