    Convertible lock receivers

    Has anyone any experience with disassembling and removing the spring assembly from the soft top receivers or locks located on the rear deck in order to re-chrome the tops? Looks like removing two rivets. Couldn't find anything in the archives.

      Dave, check a few of the catalogs like Corvette Central, et. al., they have some pretty good diagrams of how these thing come apart. Bill.
