I have the one in the Corvette Shop Manual for 66-82 cars. Is that what you're looking for?

Google searched "bolt torque specification" and found all kinds of information I will never need. Thanks

That's a pretty big chuck to bite off for much less than a book! As stated the various shop manuals for each year have torque specifications for most critical fasteners, and the AIM has torque specs for virtually every fastener used by St. Louis.

Beyond that there are "standard torque values" for SAE and metric fasteners based on grade and thread size, and most of the GM specifed torques will be within the "standard torque" range for common fasteners.
