Broadcast Code on 1971 Shock Absorber

Can anyone tell me if there is a specific placement for the small paper tag Broadcast Code on the 1971 Shock Absorber. Should it be placed on the upper or lower part of the shock absorber?

Thanks for your assistance with this question.

There was a good discussion of broadcast labels and pictures of original installed shocks with original labels not long ago.

      Hi Mark,
How are you? Here's a picture of the Broadcast Sticker from my 71, passenger's side, rear. Taken from the rear, low angle.
      Regards,
      Alan
