The known supplier is Trico with the blades being 16-inches. They were blacked out (either painted of black anodized) and the refill rubber is thought to have 'ribs' on the sidewall.

Original blade holders differ from current day Trico 16-inch service replacements in terms of the geometry of the bridge. Service replacements go from flat/wide near the center to almost thin tubes at the outer ends.

Here are pix of 'correct' original blades from the era, a closeup of the refill side wall and a shot of the current service replacement from Trico that's also 16-inches in length.
