C2 oil dipstick question

The dipstick in my 67 is origional but missing the small purple tip that goes
on the loop end. Anyone know of a source for it. Thanks

Walt,
If you have the salmon colored tip, I assume you're talking about a big block. Check Long Island. They have a dipstick repair kit which includes the tip and boot for $10. Not worth it, but that's what they go for. Part #38-24K. Beware that getting that little sonova ***** tip into the hollow tube that wraps around itself is a challenge! Good luck.
