69 driveshaft paint markings

Should there be any paint markings on this driveshaft and if so what color? Should the front also have similar markings or just the rear of it?

Can anyone explain why there are light blue and a dark blue marks on this yoke? I thought that there should only be one mark to align the "mark" on the driveshaft with the mark on the yoke.

Sorry you're not getting a response. I'll move you back up the "Q" for another shot. Sounds like a legit question and I know there are more C-3 guys out there.
