Re: Car cover
Joe
I use a simple cotton cover from "Back East" on my 66 and 68. They fit fine and have lasted several years. For my new ZO6 I bought the expensive GM cotton lined fitted cover. It works the same way as the cheap ones. The cats seem to like it the same!
The back east covers do NOT have mirror pockets but I find that to be no problem. They also did not come with antenna holes. Had to make my own.

Re: Car cover
Joe:
I'm a firm believer in the value of quality car covers, when the car is outdoors as well as in the garage. In the garage, my preference is for the flannel-lined cover. I personally like a cover custom cut for the year car, with the mirror extensions. All of the major Corvette vendors offer a wide selection in all price ranges. Good luck shopping !

Re: Car cover
Joe,
I, too, use a cotton Back East cover, indoors. I've had it for many years and wash it at the laundromat every couple of years. Its gotten nice and soft and I'm surprised the elastic at the bottom hem still knows what to do.
