63 Window/Vent Regulator Seals

Hello folks,

I am in the process of putting the doors back together on my 63 convertible. With regard to the foam seal for the window regulator, I am pretty sure that it goes underneath the vapor barrier, right?

Now, can someone tell me if the foam seal for the vent window regulator goes on top of or underneath the vapor barrier?

Both seals go over the shafts after the vapor barrier is installed.
