I came across and digitized two early video scenes showing 1953 to 1955 Corvettes.

The first video is very unusual - the video shows a circa 1954 16mm public service movie dealing with the uses of wool. DuPont apparently had something to do with the movie - the DuPont name is on the side of the filmstrip. Amazingly the film has footage of a 53/54 Corvette and a 54 Kaiser Darrin. The cars have nothing to do with the story about wool being told. Just extras. I suspect both cars were DuPont cars. If so, the Corvette shown in the video could be an extremely early 53 car. Here is the link (1 minute - 10mb WMV file): DuPont Corvette Movie
Some of you might have seen the second video. The makers of US Royal tires produced a movie in the mid 50's demonstrating a new tire. The movie features a nearly new 1954(?) Corvette operating at high speed. Great footage. The video is a bit washed out, but you will get the idea. Here is the link (2 minutes - 20mb WMV file): US Royal Tire Movie
Anybody else have any early videos of 1953 to 1955 cars? I would be happy to convert it into a web or DVD based movie.
