Who makes the best body dolly or the best plans for a body dolly for a mid year coupe? Thanks, Rex

You might want to take a look at this one - breaks down for easy storage when you're done, or you can re-sell it to someone.

Build your own out of wood with casters for about $35....easy to do. Used mine for 2 years with a couple of long distance travels with body on it in a trailer.

When your done with it use it for firewood.....

Send me an email for the plans. sllavigne@charter.net

I built a dolly based on the design referenced in Barry K's site above. However, I modified the vertical dimensions to accommodate larger wheels (8", as I recall) while maintaining the overall height of the referenced design. It rolls much more easily with the larger wheels. In addition, at the request of my body man, I added a section to the rear to provide additional support to prevent sagging behind the doors. Probably unnecessary, but I'm an engineer - what can I say?
            Good luck!

Tom Komendera dolly per John's reply is a Good investment as it keeps the body straight and the doors go on without a lot of shimming,
