72 washer tubes

replaced missing passenger side washer tube with new tube and clips soldered on at top all good however on this side tube runs over wiper arm at top and on drivers side it runs under arm but it appears odd that washer jet squirts behind the wiper blade as it moves accross glass on its first sweep question is do I have the arms on the correct side? assembly manual appears to show the same as how the arms were when I removed them. Can anyone pls send me correct photos of both arms.

My first attempt at posting a picture, hope it helps! The clips on the passenger side are not correctly positioned in the photo, they slide further apart.
