Color of replacement fiberglass

Ive been trying to track down the bodywork history on 53 #286. At some point in it's life the drivers side fender was replaced. The "new" fender fiberglass is blueish green in raw color. It is bonded to the existing fiberglass using a bonding agent that appears very similiar in color to JB weld. Can any clues be derived from this?

i've got a 57 left parking lite panel bought over the chevy counter in the early 70's----it too is greenish blue. mike

There were many colors on GM replacement parts other than the original colors, From pink, green, to blue and various others. Most were made by Rockwell in the 70s to early 80s.
