    1967 RH outside mirror

    There's a '67 outside rear view mirror on e-Bay for the RH side. It has the screw tightener in the same location as the LH mirror (on the right side or top side of the mirror looking at the mirror from the driver's seat). Is this correct? It would seem that the RH mirror would be a mirror image (no pun intended) of the LH mirror, with the mounting screw on the left side or top of the mirror when it's mounted.

    I'd love to have a RH mirror on my car since visibility is pretty limited with the top up. I assume this was an original option. I'm pretty new here, so forgive my ignorance.

      RH Mirror not available as a factory option on any 63-67 Corvette. Dealer (or owner) installed over the counter only.

          Thanks, William; I did not know that. Is the mirror I described a correct one (mounting screw placement)?

              Your logic makes sense.
              Not having seen this mirror, are you sure it is not just a LH mirror?
